This structured bike program is designed to help individuals with exceptionalities develop from independently riding a bike to participating in a 20+ mile gravel bike race. The program focuses not just on physical training but also on mental, emotional, and social aspects, ensuring a holistic approach to a life of endless growth.

Ensures that participants are mentally and socially prepared to handle both individual and group aspects of bike racing. Since races can involve 1000+ riders per group we want them to be confident and committed to staying focused on themselves and their coach.
Provides real-time experience and fine-tunes racing strategies and communication skills necessary for the actual event. This also shows them that constructive feedback from a coach, manager, parent, etc is important to receive and apply, to grow in life.
Marks the culmination of the training where the race is a platform to showcase skills, endurance, and personal growth. This continues to show them how beneficial it is to set big goals and to never give up on their goals!
Helps the individual understand and control how their body moves, an essential first step in learning physical activities that require multi-processing like bike riding.
