The program focuses not just on physical training but also on mental, emotional, and social aspects, ensuring a holistic approach to a life of endless growth.

BIKE BODY ADVANCED SKILL CONNECTION

Prepares the body and mind for the physical demands of bike racing, promoting agility, endurance, mental toughness, and skill.

CONFIDENCE BUILDING 
AND TEAMWORK

Ensures that participants are mentally and socially prepared to handle both individual and group aspects of bike racing. Since races can involve 1000+ riders per group we want them to be confident and committed to staying focused on themselves and their coach.

DIRECT TRAINING APPLICATION
AND COMMUNICATION

Provides real-time experience and fine-tunes racing strategies and communication skills necessary for the actual event. This also shows them that constructive feedback from a coach, manager, parent, etc is important to receive and apply, to grow in life.

TAKING ON A BIKE RACE OF 20+ MILES

Marks the culmination of the training where the race is a platform to showcase skills, endurance, and personal growth. This continues to show them how beneficial it is to set big goals and to never give up on their goals!

MIND TO BODY

Helps the individual understand and control how their body moves, an essential first step in learning physical activities that require multi-processing like bike riding.

BODY BIKE CONNECTION

Bridges the gap between the participant's body awareness and how it translates to controlling a bike. This help build confidence with the bike and slowly start working to overcome the fear of falling for those that carry that fear.

REACTIVE CUING

Develops the child's ability to react appropriately to surroundings, a key skill and confidence builder for safe biking.

TRAINING APPLICATION

This phase allows children to integrate their skills in a holistic way, building confidence and competence in basic biking while still building trust with their coaches/parents.

RIDING INDEPENDENTLY

Marks the child's transition to independent riding, reinforcing self-confidence and a sense of accomplishment.
